QubikCS is committed to delivering personalized tutoring services that support students meaningfully.

Account Cancellation and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the QubikCS service, you may raise a service cancellation request by sending a documented email to us.

Refunds apply only to unused validity.
A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the paid amount.
Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis.
Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to Trial Pack, One Month Plan, and Hourly Plans.
